Wine Variety: 100% Malvasia

Vinification: After crushing the grapes, the must is macerated with the skins at a controlled temperature of 24 - 26 °C for 5 - 6 days . During this period, the wine completes fermentation, before being introduced into steel silos where the maturation phase begins.
It is then racked into 225 litre barrels of French oak, where it remains for six months before bottling. Before release, it it aged in the bottle.

A wine with an intense, elegant red colour and violet hues. It has the traditional flavour of a typical generous Malvasia wine, charged with a well expressed bouquet which is lightly aromatic and very refined.
The perfect combination for grilled meats, stews and aged cheese. It can also be served after dinner as a meditation wine.
